Bufo-Bufos-Beufoe comes from the damper regions of the Milky Way—the outer reaches of the universe—where they have laid dormant, brumating for millennia. Only now have they been prematurely awoken by radio waves emitted from earth by Roland 303’s in the early nineties. Here they are in their astral-coloured glory, alive and entranced by the repetitive frequencies as if by Hamelin, sharing their psychedelic magic as gratitude for the cosmic rave.

Bufo's surface is encrusted with glowing green and teal sapphire cabochon tubercles, many of which are partially or entirely covered with gold, yet to be revealed. Polished eyes and a subtle grin glow against Bufo's otherwise brushed matte finish. Cast-not-set in 18k recycled yellow gold.

This one-of-a-kind ring is accompanied by a patinaed and sculpted bronze Sonic Sound Rave pedestal designed, cast, and finished in-house by James Firman to display Bufo when at rest.

The set ships in a handcrafted fluoro orange museum crate.
